What’s the name of the hair product black celebrities use on their baby hairs?

Q& A : A friend mentioned the name of a hair product for Afro style hair. Apparently black celebs use it on their hair lines at night, producing soft hairs. I think it begins with the letter T. Please help!
Turbac sounds familiar, although I tried searching it and am getting nothing!
