Does anyone else in the UK have problems finding a hairdresser that is good at styling afro hair?

Q& A : I’m in South Yorkshire and i just can’t find a good barbers/hairdresssers that is good with afro hair. Also one that is good value for money because some are so EXPENSIVE!

I’m also having the same problems with finding good shops that stock afro hair products.
At over £50 return it isn’t really a trip i can make often!

well i have the same problem, my hair is naturally frizzy and thick and as far as i know by me there are no afro Caribbean hairdressers. So i go to other ones that cost me more just because i have thick hair and it takes longer to straighten.

You could try http://www.hair4me.co.uk they are a directory of hairdressers in the UK.

If they haven’t got what your looking for now keep checking back as they are adding more and more salons all the time.
