What’s the best style to keep black hair in, I want a hairstyle that grows black hair?

The best styles to grow black hair are styles that involve using minimal to no heat. I wear my hair natural and over the past year I have been more focused on growing it longer. I keep it mosturized daily, and I wash my hair about every 5 days to every week.
I have mainly been wearing my hair in:
-twist outs ( twist your hair in two strand twists then take loose after its air dried)
-wash n go’s ( just put mosturizer and a little gel or something and wear the hair natural)
- braid outs (same as twist out just with several individual braids )
- one ponytail or bun
- flat ironed only a few times
- roller sets (when hair is damp apply setting lotion then roll the hair in curlers, once dried hair will have smooth curls, I really like this style it’s just very time consuming)
That’s about it, when I start a year ago my hair was about chin length, now it’s below my shoulders. Hope that helped
